SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders using Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and FEDEX.

All orders require mandatory processing times within our delivery times of one to two business days on standard products for UK deliveries. Once you have successfully placed your order, the order processing will begin automatically and orders cannot be changed nor modified.

Delivery addresses cannot be amended without cancelling and replacing a new order.

We are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.

Customers are also advised to take necessary precautions whilst entering personal and delivery details.

 

We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as once orders are sent out there is nothing we can do about any corrections. If in any case an order has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be held accountable for re-delivery charges.

Hair Shaddai offers worldwide shipping for all its products. For orders outside the United Kingdom, we provide express which typically takes 2-3 working days and standard delivery that takes between 3 to 7 working days.

 

Within the United Kingdom, we offer standard delivery, which takes approximately 5 working days. Additionally, for customers within the United Kingdom, we also provide Next Day Delivery service for those who need their hair extensions urgently.

 

Our goal is to ensure that customers receive their orders on time, no matter where they are located.

RETURNS 

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unauthorised returns will be refused.

  • Custom/pre-order products are non-refundable

  • Item(s) must be unused in pristine condition with the curl pattern undisturbed/distressed. Ties/ clips must not be untied or cut

  • All returns shipping and handling costs will be the customers responsibility therefore we suggest sending via a courier which provides full tracking and delivery confirmation

  • All orders must be received first before a return can be processed. A return should take no longer than 7-10 working days to be processed back with us and refunded to your account. This includes review times with our warehouse and processing times with your chosen payment method
